Art. 1 - A STATEMENT OF FACTS

The present conditions to form oneself a legal document that state, united with the contract stipulate with the spoken confirmation or tacit of booking (in advance) rights, obligations for that person to buy (customer) the articles offer by Tutto Militare s.a.s., the products are furnish with the following general conditions with exclusive of any other term given by the customer, any change or alteration of the present conditions must be approve in writing by TUTTO MILITARE.

Art. 2 - DESTINATION OF OUR PRODUCTS

Within 24 hours from our message E-mail prior confirmation the customer can express his will to purchase the article through E-mail (expressing the form of payment of preference) or could cancel the order, if the customer doesn't act in the prescript time, the contract is closed.

Art. 7 - DELIVERY OF THE MERCHANDISE

As advised in Art. 5, paragraph 2, methods of a shipment must be done in some of our suggested ways in order to insure that we have a way to monitor our shipment from our store to your address, as we say, follow the paper trail so to speak, after the merchandise is deliver to our customer, then our job is done, if you want you can let us know with a note.

If any duties are due to custom are to be paid by the customer.

Art. 8 - THE RIGHT TO RETURN THE MERCHANDISE OR WITHDRAW WITHIN 10 WORKING DAYS, FROM THE DAY OF HAVING RECEIVED THEM

The buyer in sense and effect of Art. 5, of the Law, 22-May-1999 # 185, can exercize the right to return within 10 working days starting from the date the merchandise was received, the postal stamp will be the starting date.

Ways to lose the right to exercize the return of the merchandise clauses.

Within and not over 10 days from the day the register letter was sent, in which the customer exercize the right to return, at his own expense, he must return the merchandise to our address state above.

We do not accept returns without an authorization by us.

Not to follow the above conditions and terms will void the right of return.

The price of the merchandise paid and then returned will be reimburse through credit card or a bank-cheque non transferable in name of the customer, clear of shipping charges and other fees.

EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT TO RETURN

The right to return is not applicable for merchandise or articles made to order or in any way personalize.

Art. 9 - PRICES OF OUR PRODUCT

The prices given include our local sale-tax now in force, in event of a change of such tax, our prices will be change accordingly.

Art. 11 - INFORMATION OF OUR SAFEGUARD OF PERSONAL DATA (Law, # 675 year 1996)

Art. 12 - IMPORTANT DETAILS

The T.M. Tutto Militare reserve the right to communicate if the article request is available, not all the articles are on hand in the warehouse, by having an intention of sale.

To the description of "GOLD or SILVER" we mean the grade of the decoration or medal, not the composition itself.

Art. 13 - RESOLUTION OF THE CONTRACT

Responsive to the article 1453 of the Civil Code, the contract can be consider resolve automatically with a simple communication in writing by E-mail from Tutto Militare s.a.s. to the customer, when the customer does not provide the payment of the amount require from him as prescribe in the contract in agreement with the general conditions within 10 days of receiving the notice in writing by E-mail from Tutto Militare s.a.s. that will notify the customer of failer of payment.

In case of agreement which terminate the contract, with regard to reserve the right to Tutto Militare s.a.s. to reimbursement of the damage, the shipping cost, to retrive the merchandise, the eventual insurance of the same, and the relative duties must be pay by the customer.

Art. 14 - APPLICABLE LAW & JURISDICTION OF THE COURT

The contract of sale will be discipline and the agreement within the Italian Law, and will be subject exclusively under the Italian jurisdiction. For every judicial dispute inherent the interpretetion, application of the present conditions the fulfilment of the contract and the obligations mutually undertaken by both parties inforce at the present condition by the Italian Law, will be decide by the Court in the city of Udine.

Art. 15 - REPRODUCTIONS OF IMAGES

As an understanding of the register bonds for the right of author, in force in Italy it is prohibit to reproduce the images present in the catalog without and advance authorization from TUTTO MILITARE s.a.s., outside the consultation by a person in private.

Art. 16 - DISCUSSED OR DISPUTED STIPULATIONS
